The staff was amazing and property was great. Mayra at front desk check in was helpful and patient with us. The room was excellent at the top floor with exceptional views. Guadeloupe at the grill and Marco at the juice bar were spectacular , creative and fun. Monica at the pool was very attentive and kept supplying us with drinks. I used room service few times and it was excellent and was delivered in a timely manner. Our room attendant was great. Bar tenders at the aka bar were amazing. I didn't get to try every restaurant but the whole staff was courteous , pleasant , polite , attentive and smiling. Thank you for the whole team !

I liked everything including the ease of accessing food all the time - the rooms were a great size and what I appreciated more was the customer service that I was given. The customer service here is amazing, you can befriend many of the staff and your stay becomes that little bit more memorable and relaxing. MB was one of the best dinning spots, even if you went every night you would still enjoy it over and over again.

The location is right across high end stores . The beach in the area is fabulous! The butler service is awesome! This service is an upgrade to Club level accommodations. Basically you have someone making arrangements to places to go or any reservations at the hotel. It felt good to have a beach bed ready for us every morning and taxi services at a certain hour with restaurant reservations done for us .

This place changed my mind about all-inclusive resorts. I had avoided them, but it doesn’t feel like a cruise ship buffet. Rooms were spacious and clean, and we had a great ocean view. Service at the pool was exceptional, and the drinks were good and always offered. The beach was clean, and it was easy to find a chair or cabana.

The staff and atmosphere were very pleasant. I love that there were diffusers throughout the property to keep the air smelling pleasant and calming. The food was great! The gym had everything I needed. The massage was the best I've ever had! Shoutout to Jorge the Bartender! We followed him everywhere.
